These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Novariv website and your purchase of products from our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products
All Novariv products are original designs printed on demand. Each item is made to order. Product images, mockups, and colors are shown for illustration; the printed result may vary slightly due to differences between screens and printed inks, and dimensions may vary by up to 1 cm.

Orders and Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm your order once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for example, in the event of a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or production unavailability — in which case we will refund any amount paid.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Japanese yen and include applicable consumption tax. Shipping is free within Japan. We may update prices and product availability at any time. Payment is processed at the time of order through our authorized payment providers.

Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, images, text, and other content on this site are the property of Novariv and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any of our content or designs without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Japan.
