This Return and Refund Policy describes how Novariv ("we," "us," or "the Store") handles returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations for products purchased through our store. Please read it carefully. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Please note that all Novariv products are made to order. Each poster is printed individually for you on demand at our production partner's facility in Japan and shipped domestically within Japan. Because every item is produced specifically for your order, our return terms differ from those of a conventional ready-stock retailer, as described below.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us by email at novarivbusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and one or more clear photos showing the issue (and, where relevant, the packaging). Once we confirm the problem, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at our expense. In most cases you will not be required to ship the item back; if a return is necessary, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Made-to-Order Items — Customer-Reason Returns
Because each poster is printed individually at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer reasons — including change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong design. We kindly ask that you review your chosen design, size, and orientation carefully before completing your purchase. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we will be glad to help.

Normal Characteristics That Are Not Defects
The following are inherent to made-to-order, hand-finished printing and are not considered defects:
- A size variance of up to 1 cm from the stated dimensions;
- Minor variation in color between your screen and the printed result, as screens and printed inks reproduce color differently;
- The natural texture and finish of matte fine-art paper.

Order Cancellations
Because orders are sent into production quickly, cancellation is only possible before your order has entered production. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the terms above.

Refunds
Once we have confirmed a defect, or received and inspected a returned item where applicable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method as a rule. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to be processed and to appear on your statement, as timing depends on your payment provider.

Non-Delivery or Significantly Delayed Orders
Orders are produced and shipped within Japan and typically arrive within 4 to 8 business days. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond this estimate, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the matter with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
