Delivery time: All products are made to order and printed in Japan. Orders are generally produced within 2–4 business days and delivered within Japan in approximately 4–6 business days in total. No customs or import procedures apply.

Returns and exchanges:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund the item at our expense, and in most cases you do not need to return it.
- Customer-reason returns (change of mind, wrong size/design selected): because each item is made to order and printed individually, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons. Please review your design, size, and orientation carefully before ordering.
- A size variance of up to 1 cm and minor screen-to-print color differences are normal and are not considered defects.
