This Shipping Policy explains how Novariv produces and delivers your order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Made to Order, Printed in Japan
Every Novariv poster is printed on demand on Japanese fine-art matte paper at our production partner's facility in Japan. Because each item is made specifically for your order, our timeline includes a short production period before dispatch.

Processing and Delivery Times
- Production: typically 2 to 4 business days.
- Delivery: typically 4 to 8 business days in total from order to arrival, within Japan.
These are estimates. Timeframes may occasionally be longer during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders within Japan. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Japan only.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. A tracking number is provided where available so you can follow your delivery.

Sizing Note
Printed posters may vary in size by up to 1 cm from the stated dimensions. This is normal for made-to-order prints and helps ensure clean, full-bleed printing.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please see our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a free replacement.
