Shipping policy

Novariv is currently in pre-access. We are not accepting orders or pre-orders, so no shipping charge or delivery date applies yet.

Our first planned release is a Hitodama knit garment. We plan to ship from Japan to Japan, the United States, Australia and Canada, subject to final production and delivery arrangements. The destinations, shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown before a customer places an order. We will not charge for shipping without displaying the amount at checkout.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance. We will state at checkout whether these are included in the total or payable by the recipient before orders open.
